this blog/forum had so much potential
i blame the community as a whole. as a personal opinion i blame disembodied for not giving us a new release and notice i did not capitalize the "d". you guy's broke my heart.. i was actually looking forward to the remastered releases probably as much and new material.
the blog itself is suffering as well.. you dudes managed to find an audience and by today's standards that's a pretty spectacular feat so you kinda owe it to your fans, followers, readers.. whoever.. to keep everyone interested and the posts leave a lot to be desired but then again maybe i'm disillusioned because i'm such a fan of what this blog/forum represents and actually by the lack of posts here and on the blog maybe i'm also wrong about the number of readers as well.. i mean if no ones commenting or posting then no one's there? common dudes.. yeah maybe it's not high up in your priority as life is a struggle but you guy's managed to carve out a pretty sweet niche don't F it up!
don't take this personal either i'm merely criticizing or stating my personal opinion.. there's tons of blogs, millions.. where anyone can download whatever but i personally would like to see this one continue but at this point i fear i'm a little late so this will probably fall on deaf ears.
as a suggestion if any of the staff reads this and is inspired and encouraged to to re-fight the good fight and make the blog awesome again i suggest/request you guy's seek out AJ and try to recruit him as a contributor/writer for the blog his stories, knowledge, passion for the music/scene is unparalleled. believe it.!
i hope this post isn't a day late and a dollar short but the blog is worth the effort.

Man, I feel you on this. And while I am now logged in, I might say that I recall enjoying some of your posts here.
Personally I would like to have more discussion on christian hardcore bands from the 90´s, cos thats my cup of good fair trade coffee (one of the many cups I like, heh). Also, discussion about zines like Rumpshaker, Inside Front, I Stand Alone and all that good stuff wouldnt be a waste of time. It would be even better if people would upload those mags online I am looking forward in getting my own blog active one of these days when I get a scanner and then I could contribute to sharing those old zines that I have and I feel are worthwhile.

awesome and definitely GO FOR IT. from reading some of your posts i'm sure i'd definitely be into it as a lot of other readers, for sure. so when you're up and running post a link here on the board and your recommendation for "Ravage Ritual" was spot on for me so Thanks for that.! after all these years and i'm a crusty old dude and i'm still a huge fan of hardcore/metal and most all the Christian bands as well so i'd definitely be down for a place to discuss that genre.. it's evolution and how it's changed from being ridiculed.. etc.. new bands influenced by past bands.. all that is still very interesting to me. scanning zines is another sweet idea as well.
