Halo Benefit show/shirt

What is the story with this shirt?

I wasn't aware that a shirt was made for this show, since I was at this show, but I'm quite certain that this was the show that was a benefit for Kris Weichmann's Dad, who had cancer.
At the time, Kris was one of the two guitarists for Earth Crisis. He eventually went on to play in God Below and Ian (bass) brother Erick filled Kris' spot in ExC and is still in the band today.

I may be wrong on this, but this may have also been the show that was recorded for ExC "The Oath That Keeps Me Free" live record because I remember them opening their set with that Cream cover because it was one of Kris' Dad's favorite songs (and that cover song also appears on "The Oath...")

Am I being stupid, but where does Halo fit into the equation?

The art is by Dave Quiggle, from his old flash sheets, didn't think he was ever associated with Halo?

Halo is the tattoo shop(s) owned and operated by DJ from Path Of Resistance. So they may have had some part in sponsoring the show or something?
And yes, that is definitely a Dave Quiggle design on there.
