east meets west compilation (not the nemesis records comp)

this is a big shot in the dark, but i was at a friends house the other day going through old cassettes and i was given a couple tapes to burn to mp3, one of which is this "east meets west" tape. It's a random compilation that has no liner notes or any information, just a color photocopied image of a sing-along on the cover. It seems to feature fahrenheit 451, 25 ta life, cold front, downshift, rely, all bets off, and model american (doing their banned in d.c. cover).
does anyone know anything about this comp by chance? track listing? random info?
