108 - curse of instinct

i finally got my hands on an actual copy of this cd, after years of searching, and all i got was the cover art and the cd. no jewelcase inlay or anything else. does anyone else own a real copy of this cd? im wondering if it was released with just the front cover or am i missing some of the artwork?

it came pretty standard. jewel case, cover/booklet, back panel.

damn, ill find another one online somewhere then and buy it. haha.
