relax yourself first in the darkness,
then, breath slowly,
focus on your breath and you'll fall asleep.

It's a good way to sleep

Ear plugs and a sleeping mask, they just help shut off the world. I started doing this on tour and can't get out of it now.

Exercise a few hours before bed, I always knock out as soon as I hit the bed if ive had a big run or something a few hours before.
