As Friends Rust appreciation post....

Just saying. I never got to see the band, but out of all the bands that came before, As Friends Rust were my favorite. Don't get me wrong, Morning Again ruled, Culture was awesome, but AFR was my all time fav. Anyone know what's going on with the members? Anything worth while?

Damien is working on something. The original demo which was released on the Fists of Time had a total of 6 songs if I remember correctly. Im still trying to track them down. Im going to talk to Damien and see if I can get to the bottom of it

The original lineup of Geronimo, Matt and Henry went on to do the Rocking Horse Winner.

before the rocking horse winner those 3 guys did Red Letter Day, the first Eulogy Recordings album to be released. it also featured of the Bonebrake brothers. the one who played in Vacant Andys and Anchorman i think.

damien did some shit since, like Damien Done, which i have no clue where thats at at the moment.

tom rankine and joe simmons are now running the record label Sound Study Recordings
those two and the last line up of AFR did Salem with a new vocalist, adam.

james glayat and pete bartsocas now live in NYC and are doing GATORS

etc etc
i think there was a list of what they were doing now on the AFR page?
